Void
- Base ATK (LVL 80): 317
- Base DEF (LVL 80): 264
- Base HP (LVL 80): 846
- Effect : At the start of battle, the wearer’s Effect Hit Rate is increased by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 3 turns.
Due to Pela’s role as a great character for giving enemies bad status effects, players are usually advised to build her with Effect Hit Rate as a top priority. This is important, even though her ultimate has a 100% chance to give the Exposed mark as a base effect. Some people might think that this will always debuff, but it’s important to remember that enemies might be immune to some debuffs. Building Pela with Effect Hit Rate can help make sure that status effects will happen more often.
Also, since Pela is an Ice character, she can be very useful for freezing enemies, which makes her high effect hit rate even more useful. In this way, Void is a good choice for a 3-star light cone because it is rare and easy to stack. This makes it a somewhat good choice for F2P.
Eyes of the Prey
- Base ATK (LVL 80): 476
- Base DEF (LVL 80): 330
- Base HP (LVL 80): 952
- Effect : Effect Hit Rate of the person who wears it goes up by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%, and DoT goes up by 24%/30%/36%/42%/48%.
Even though Eyes of the Prey’s artwork shows Sampo, this 4-star light cone can also be used by other Nihility characters like Pela because, like the Void, it helps increase the Effect Hit Rate. Even though Pela doesn’t usually focus on Damage over Time (DoT), this affect can be helpful in some situations, like Simulated Universe challenges, especially if players have chosen the Nihility path.
Good Night and Sleep Well
- Base ATK (LVL 80): 476
- Base DEF (LVL 80): 330
- Base HP (LVL 80): 952
- Effect : For every curse the target enemy has, the wearer’s DMG increases by 12%/15%/18%/21%/24%, stacking up to 3 times. This impact works for DoT as well.
Good Night and Sleep Well is a 4-star light cone that, like the other 4-star light cones for the Nihility path, helps Pela’s sub-DPS part the most. With her tracks, Pela can do a lot more damage to her enemies because she can give them multiple debuffs. This is especially true when she works with other Nihility characters like Welt.
In the Name of the World
- Base ATK (LVL 80): 582
- Base DEF (LVL 80): 463
- Base HP (LVL 80): 1058
- Effect : Damage done to foes with no buffs is increased by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for the wearer. When the user uses their Skill, the attack’s effect hit rate goes up by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% and its attack power goes up by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40%.
In the Name of the World is a 5-star light cone that is called Welt’s signature light cone. It is a great choice for Nihility characters like Pela because it has a variety of useful effects that improve her abilities in many ways. This light cone not only improves Pela’s Effect Hit Rate and ATK for her skill, but it also increases her damage against enemies who have been debuffed. As a result, Pela can launch more powerful attacks and use the Frozen effect more consistently. But if players are lucky enough to get both this light cone and Welt, it is a better choice for Welt because it works better with his kit and lets him deal a lot of damage with his skill.
Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat
- Base ATK (LVL 80): 476
- Base DEF (LVL 80): 330
- Base HP (LVL 80): 952
- Effect : When the user hits an enemy who is not already caught, there is a 60%/70%/80%/90%/100% chance that the enemy will be caught. The DEF of enemies you have caught drops by 12%/13%/14%/15%/16% for 1 turn.
Some Basket Random players might be surprised to learn that a 4-star light cone can be better than a 5-star one, but this is the case, especially for those who haven’t fully optimised Pela’s damage potential along with her debuffing skills and want to focus on applying the most debuffs possible. Resolution Shines As Pearls of Sweat lets Pela not only use the debuffs already in her kit, but also add an Ensnared debuff, which lowers foes’ DEF even more and lets the team do more damage.
The most interesting thing about this light cone is that its effect isn’t limited to a certain condition, like Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate. This means that Pela can apply debuffs even with her Basic ATK, making it a good choice in terms of skill points, and she can apply them in an AoE range with her Ultimate. It’s important to note that even though higher superimposes make the light cone more consistent, the base DEF drop percentage doesn’t go up by much, so even a single copy of this light cone is a good choice.
